Ron Sittig serves as the representative for the eastern region, which includes Genesis, New England, New York, Keystone, Pittsburgh, Maryland/Virginia, New South, South Atlantic and Gulf Coast conferences. He is also the representative for Cattaraugus Camp, The Heritage Group, Light and Life Park, Lighthouse Christian Camp, Oakdale Christian Academy, Northeastern Seminary and Roberts Wesleyan College.
Ron and his wife Georgie, a community health nurse, reside in Churchville, New York. Prior to his position with The Free Methodist Foundation, Ron worked in the areas of insurance, investments and financial planning where for 10 years he was general partner in his own firm. He has also pastored several churches. Rev. Sittig is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College and College of William & Mary for Estate and Gift Planning..
Ron and Georgie have four children and nine grandchildren. Daughter Lynette and husband Josef (and grandsons Simon & Luke) are missionaries in Bratislava, Slovakia. Son Scott and family live in Rochester, NY and Scott serves on BOA and Treasurer of Genesis Conf., and northeast Bible quizzing coordinator. Son Matt and family live in North Chili where he owns a Landscape business. Daughter Megan is a recruiter and teaches at Penn State University in State College, PA.
